I worked with Equality Texas, a statewide nonprofit fighting for LGBTQIA+ rights, to design and edit their Campus Climate Report. Following the passage of Texas’ DEI ban, the Equality Texas team set out to interview LGBTQIA+ college students, staff, and faculty across the state and illustrate the ban’s impact. I helped finalize the content with editing support, and designed the complete report, incorporating data visualizations, pull quotes, and photos throughout.
